Dubai Frame Details
- Located in the Zabeel Park in Dubai
- Offers 360-degree views of the city at a height of 150 meters.
- It is expected to attract at least two million tourists per year.
- At the main lobby, visitors may leave their belongings/luggage at the desk near reception.
Dubai Past Gallery
Touring the Dubai Frame begins with the Gone Old Dubai era – showing past photographs of Old Souk, traditional Emirati homes, people selling handicrafts, etc. using projections and multimedia displays. It’s an immersive experience to visit this little museum.
Also, you can see a construction site demonstrating Dubai’s development since the discovery of oil. Once visitors have explored the gallery, they wait for the elevator to reach the Sky Deck.
Sky Deck
The elevator takes you to the Sky Deck in 75 seconds crossing 48 floors. The elevator features glass panel, offering see-through views from floor to ceiling.
Most interesting and exciting part of this tour is walking on the glass bridge. Walking from one side of the frame to the other offers terrifying and thrilling experience. Visitors can view ‘Present Dubai’ on South of the frame, while the other side offers views of old Dubai.
Social Media Wall
The social media wall is big wall displaying photos that have been photographed on the Sky Deck. The photos can be purchased as souvenirs.
Dubai Future Gallery (Virtual)
Following the amazing walk on the glass bridge, take the elevator to tour the Dubai future Gallery – showcasing various Dubai industries in 2050 including infrastructure, transport technologies, education, health and security sectors in a 3D presentation.
Souvenir Shop
Visitors can purchase mugs, t-shirts, key chains, etc. emblazed with the Dubai Frame.
Things to know and follow:
- Avoid jumping on the glass walkways of the Sky Deck.
- Visitors must keep in mind that the frame can accommodate 200 visitors per hour.
- Prefer to visit this latest icon before sunset, so that you can enjoy views of the city during day and night as well.
